What are some hacks that everyone should know?

Today, I'm adding to the list and concentrating on your wellbeing and how you can implement these tiny changes into your daily life to live a more balanced and overall better lifestyle for your mind and body from the inside out. Continue reading to find out what my current favorite wellness recommendations are.

Before checking your phone first thing in the morning, make a list of three tasks you want or need to get done that day and promise yourself that you will do them. It may seem silly at first, but saying them out loud allows them to be fully manifested into the cosmos.

Work on your future journaling skills.

Before meal, have everyone in your family tell you about their rose and thorn: one positive and one unpleasant event that happened that day. If you live alone, don't be hesitant about saying them to yourself.

Keep positive mantras and reminders in your phone's memo area. Pin the note to your refrigerator so you can immediately refer to it when you need a boost.

Set aside 10 minutes each morning and evening to improve your morning and nightly routines. The way you start and end your day sets the tone for the rest of your day. Make a promise to yourself that you will adhere to the schedule and set out time for yourself each day.

Appreciate praises when you receive them. We're not suggesting you go out and look for them, but if you do, take a time to appreciate it and notice how it makes you feel.

Speaking of compliments, doing something for someone else is one of the simplest methods to improve your mood and sense of purpose. This might range from sending an unexpected handwritten message to a long-distance buddy to making a charitable gift that reflects your ideals.

Rejoice in both great and minor victories in your life. Remind yourself to be present in the moment and to be proud of your achievements. Otherwise, you'll blink and be 10 years later wishing you'd "stopped to smell the roses," as the saying goes.

Post the #tbt vacation photo and the thirst trap. If it makes you feel good and you need some social media attention, go ahead and do it. Take a chance.

Make it a habit to leave five minutes before your scheduled departure time. The additional time will help you to arrive stress-free and ready to converse when you get at your location. It's the worst when you're late and arrive at your destination feeling frantic, so give yourself a five-minute cushion in your itinerary.

Do you like to remove your whole life stress with spending low energy…

On Sunday evening, prepare your meals for the week. You'll feel more productive on Monday, which will help the remainder of the week go more smoothly (and cheaper compared to ordering food at the end of the night).

Keep all of your daily vitamins in one location so that you don't forget to take them each morning because they're all in one place.

Limit your communication and energy expenditure with people in your life who drain you. The sooner you feel at ease with this, the lighter you will feel and the more headspace you will have for things and people who raise you up.

Identify all of the green flags in your life and the individuals you associate with. Setting a positive mentality and deliberately being aware of the excellent indicators and behaviors in your life is easier than pointing out red flags and problems that irritate you.
