NEVER EVER GIVE UP

This is a true-life motivational short story, written just for people who work. Every employee puts out 100 percent effort in their profession in order to improve performance and reach new heights in the workplace.

Michel, an employee, was one of them. She worked really hard and gave her all in her profession. Her boss was equally impressed with her performance, and her promotion was a foregone conclusion in everyone's view due to her commitment to the job.

However, she was not promoted at the time of the promotion, and another employee was. This was the saddest day of her professional life. She inquired of her boss and HR, but received no response. She became gloomy and frustrated at work after that. This had an impact on her work performance as well as her personal life.

She understood this as well and decided to move on from the situation. Then she transformed and gained control of herself, releasing all of the stress to God. She believed that because God is our Father and Mother, whatever he does is good, and that in this position, something greater was waiting for her. After that, she continued to work as usual and showed an interest in the job.

After some time, she received a call from HR at another firm, and she was chosen for a position with a better classification and compensation than the prior one. If she had gotten a promotion, she would not have gotten the better job and income that she now has.

The moral of the story I hope you enjoy this story and that some of you may apply it to your own life. So, if you find yourself in a position where you believe something has gone wrong with you, remember that God is your parent, and he does not do anything wrong to his children. It is conceivable that you may discover it later and that this will occur.

CREATIVITY'S POWER

This is a motivational story that will inspire you to improve your creativity. As you may be aware, innovation is critical in today's competitive world. So, join me on my trip through the tale and witness the power of creativity.

A boy whose name is Mark works in a company. He works so well in his office and everyone is happy with his work. One day Mark saw a blind beggar outside his office. He noticed that people only seeing the blind person and nobody come forward to help by giving him some money. Then he saw a small whiteboard near-blind person and on it, a sentence had written.

Mark went there and rubbed that sentence and wrote a new sentence on it. After that Mark went to his office for work.

When he returned back home, he decided to see the condition of the beggar at that time. When he went near the blind beggar, the blind beggar identifies Mark’s steps and asked Mark what did you write on my whiteboard?

People were reading the sentence that Blind Beggar had written and assisting him by giving him money, he informed Mark. So, the question is, what did Mark write that caused individuals to change their minds?

Mark informed the Beggar that he scraped the previous phrase off the whiteboard (Preview sentence- I'm a blind person, please assist me) and put a new sentence on it: Today is a Wonderful Day, but I can't see it.

The moral of the story is that this minor modification in communication style benefited the Beggar the most. As a result, make an effort to communicate with people in a way that will impact them and prepare them for your task.

Do you like to get rich with or without creativity...

Thanks for reading...!
