What motivates you ?
What motivates you ?
My primary source of inspiration is my family. They
are my greatest source of inspiration as well as my staunchest supporters. When
I watch my parents working, it motivates me to do the same. Their commitment to
work inspires me to follow in their footsteps. They are persons who are
self-motivated. As a result, I strive to incorporate their optimism into my own
life. My father taught me how to persevere in the face of adversity. The key is
to put forth the effort to truly understand what the other person desires. This
motivates me to take on new tasks and risks without fear of failure or
abandonment. My mother instills in me a sense of calm assurance. I've picked up
on her ability to know when to push hard and when to take it easy. When I'm
feeling under the weather or unmotivated, they're my go-to folks.
What drives me the most is assisting others and
empowering others. It doesn't matter if it's a coworker, a friend, or a
family member. There are times when those around you require a little additional
motivation to get moving. I'm excited to be able to reach out to individuals
like this. It instills in me a sense of self-assurance and the conviction that
I can contribute in some way. The prospect of being able to help someone solve
an issue pushes me to do my best. It is critical to comprehend and sympathize
with others. You don't want to make them feel inept or incapable of dealing
with their own issues. I just try to offer them a different, less-resistance
option to take as a solution to their problem. This not only makes people feel
better, but it also gives them the opportunity to reflect and think rationally.
I make an effort to maintain a cheerful attitude. This enables me to inspire
the same positivity in others when they are in desperate need of it. It's all
about making the person feel happy, enthusiastic, and positive when you provide
a helpful hand.
I get a lot of inspiration from learning new things. I recall hearing my friend play guitar for the first time. It left a lasting impression on me. So I borrowed his guitar, started studying guitar tutorials, and after three months of consistent work, I was able to take up the instrument. I also learnt to cook at another point in my life. This was accomplished by researching numerous recipes and assisting my mum in the kitchen. None of the examples I gave were my strong suits. The only thing that kept me going was my desire to learn a new skill or craft. The fact that I'm expanding my knowledge base is a huge plus for me. Also, putting my leisure time to good use is a source of incentive for me to accomplish a decent work. Learning, in my opinion, should never end. Given the high degree of competition that today's firms face, it's essential to continually reinvent yourself by gathering whatever helpful information you can along the road.
Do you want to success Via learning new thing....
